TERMS & CONDITIONS

Please read  Terms and Conditions before your hair or makeup service.
 
PAYMENT TERMS
We require payment on completion of your appointment unless an alternative arrangement is made. We accept cash, direct debit, visa or MasterCard and American Express. Late payments will incur a penalty fee.
OUR GUARANTEE
Avalon Hair Designs liability is limited , But, if you are not satisfied within a two-week period of your service we will do everything possible to correct the problem.
BOOKING POLICY
We always do our best to meet your booking request. To avoid disappointment, we recommend booking at least one week in advance. We recommend making future bookings at the end of each service to secure your ideal appointment time. Bookings can also be made online, by calling 210-481-7672 or in person.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If you are unable to keep your appointment, please cancel in a timely manner. Cancellations made within 24-hours of your scheduled appointment incur a fee of 50% of the service cost. 
LATE POLICY
If you are more than 15-minutes late we may decline your appointment due to the affect it will have to the subsequent bookings after yours. If this happens, you will incur a fee of 50% of the service cost.

NO SHOW POLICY
If you do not show up for your service with no communication  or otherwise you will forfeit any deposit left online or in person.


ENQUIRIES
We accept email enquiries about our services, stylist, makeup artist and product range. We always try to respond within 24-hours of receiving your enquiry.
 SPECIAL REQUESTS
We accept requests for a particular stylist.
