BOOKING POLICY
We always do our best to meet your booking request. To avoid disappointment,
we recommend booking at least one - two weeks in advance.
We recommend making future bookings at the end of each
service to secure your ideal reservation time.
Bookings can also be made online, by calling 210-481-7672 or in person.
In order to book a reservation, we require debit or credit card on file as well as a deposit.
The deposit amount is $89.50.
The day of your appointment, the deposit will be credited towards the service(s).
The deposit is non-refundable unless a 24 hour advance notice is given.
SPECIAL REQUESTS
We accept requests for a particular stylist.
APPOINTMENT NOTIFICATIONS
As a courtesy, we make every effort to notify you of your appointment date and time.
We will notify you by text and email the day the appointment has been made.
You will receive an email if we have your email on file.
Days leading up to your appointment by text or via email you will receive up to
four appointment notifications of your scheduled appointment.
We confirm 24 - 48 hours in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago.
However, it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times and inform us
if your contact information has changed.
LATE POLICY
If you are or more than 15+ minutes late we may decline your appointment.
Due to the affect it will have to the subsequent bookings after yours.
If this happens, this will forfeit the deposit as well as
it will not be credited towards a future reservations.
CANCELLATION and RESCHEDULING POLICY
If you have to reschedule or cancel your
reservation, we require that you notify us 24 hours in advance.
If you reschedule or cancel your reservation less than 24 hours
the deposit will become no longer refundable and
will not be credited towards future reservations.
“NO-SHOWS” NON-CANCELLATIONS POLICY
In the event of a "no call no show" an additional charge of $89.50
will be charged to the card on file.
The deposit + no show charge will be non-refundable,
and will not be credited towards any future reservations.
In the event you miss three or more appointments without contacting the salon,
you will be unable to schedule future appointments.
However, you may be considered as a walk-in.

CHILD & ADDITIONAL GUEST POLICY
To our Current and Future Clients of the Salon,
We, at AVALON Hair Designs, write this notice with the utmost respect to the parents in our salon. Over half of our staff are parents themselves and understand that this can be a sensitive issue. Moving forward, we will be implementing policy regarding children and their presence in the salon. We feel as a company, children who visit the salon during their parents’ appointments or children who are unattended in the waiting area pose a safety issue.
We work in an environment that has sharp scissors, razors, chemicals, and hot curling and flat irons.
If something were to happen to your child, it would not only be devastating to you and your family, it would be equally as
devastating to us as a company.
We encourage parents to visit the salon without their child.
This policy does include additional guests such as friends, family, and or significant others.
Please understand that our concern is the safety of your child and or additional guests.
We write this notice without the intent of offending, and hope that you will aid us in keeping our salon a safe environment.
