Natalie is our Salon Educator. She is a Master Colorist with over 15+ years experience. She has taught classes for future hairstylists at the Paul Mitchell School San Antonio and has even taught continuing education to our stylists. She specializes in all the latest hair trends, Blonding, Balayage, Highlights, Extensions, and all things color. Natalie is a certified with multiple extension techniques. 

Sarah 
Color + Extension Specialist

Sarah has been with Avalon for 13 years now! She is a Paul Mitchell Color Specialist and a free form Master stylist. She is exceptionally creative with Reds, blondes, Color as well as Balayage, Color Correcting, and Highlights. Sarah loves her blowouts and comes highly requested by guests, especially red heads! Sarah is a certified stylist with Bellami Professional!

As of this year, Billy has been working more behind the scenes. He ensures that the salon is running effective and efficiently. Riding on one of his favorite motorcycles to the salon, Billy is very much the salon dad, and will definitely tell you a good "Dad Joke" every once in a while.

Sherilyn M.

Sherilyn comes into the salon everyday. Billy and herself are very involved owners. You can see Sherilyn working the front desk, running errands, chatting with guests or even doing salon chores. Sherilyn is the mom of the salon. When she leaves you can always count on her to say "bye ladybugs!" ​

Madeline 
​Salon Coordinator + Marketing Director

Maddie is currently a full time student at Alamo Colleges and has a passion for crafting compelling brand narratives. With a history of driving successful campaigns, she is  dedicated to fostering innovation and achieving marketing and management excellence.
