CANCELLATIONS
CANCELLATIONS and RESCHEDULING,
We set aside our time for you, we ask that you guarantee all bookings using a credit card. We accept all major credit cards. If you have to reschedule or cancel your appointment, we require that you notify us 24 hours in advance. If we do not receive this notification, you will be charged 50% of the cost of the scheduled appointment.
Our policy reserves the right to require a major credit card, debit card or gift card for scheduling of all appointments.
In the event AVALON Hair Designs calls to cancel or reschedule your appointment without a 24 hour notice, we hold ourselves accountable as well. You the client will receive 50% off of the value of your booked services at your next scheduled salon visit.
“NO-SHOWS” Non-cancellations or “NO-SHOWS” will be charged 100% of the original service booked to be paid at with your credit card on file. In the event you miss three consecutive appointments without contacting the salon, you will be unable to schedule future appointments. However, you may be considered as a walk-in.
CONFIRMATION CALLS: As a courtesy, we make every effort to notify you of your appointment date and time. We will call to confirm your service one to two days prior to your appointment and you will receive an email confirmation if we have your email on file. We confirm 24 to 48 hours in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago. However, it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times and inform us if your contact information has changed.
