CANCELLATIONS, NO SHOW, APPOINTMENT NOTIFICATIONS.
CANCELLATIONS and RESCHEDULING,
If you have to reschedule or cancel your appointment, we require that you notify us 24 hours in advance.
If you reschedule or cancel your appointment less than 24 hours the deposit will become no longer refundable and will not be credited towards any upcoming appointments.
“NO-SHOWS” NON-CANCELLATIONS,
In the event of a "no call no show" the remaining 50% of the starting price of the scheduled service will be charged to the card on file. The deposit and no show charge will be non refundable, and will no be credited towards any upcoming appointments.
In the event you miss three consecutive appointments without contacting the salon, you will be unable to schedule future appointments. However, you may be considered as a walk-in.
In order to book an appointment with us, we require debit or credit card on file as well as a deposit. The deposit amount is 50% of the of the starting scheduled service.
The deposit is non-refundable unless a 24 hour advance notice is given.
APPOINTMENT NOTIFICATIONS,
As a courtesy, we make every effort to notify you of your appointment date and time. We will notify you by text and email the day the appointment has been made and you will receive an email if we have your email on file.
Either by text or via email you will receive up to four appointment notifications of your scheduled appointment.
We confirm 24 to 48 hours in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago.
However, it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times and inform us if your contact information has changed.
